What are Trial Credits and Bonus Credits and how are they different from Plan Credits?

There are three different types of credits that can be used towards our Library Service at VMOD.

• Plan Credits

Plan Credits are provided under paid plans, and can be used to download any item. They roll over to your next recurring cycle and do not expire unless you cancel your paid subscription.

• Trial Credits

Trial Credits are granted upon signing up, and have their own expiry dates. They are used to download Trial items. If you want to download a Trial item but are short in credits, Bonus Credits or Plan Credits will be used toward purchasing Trial items.

• Bonus Credits

Bonus Credits are given on special occasions, and have their own expiry dates. They can be used to download any item, and they will be used prior to Plan Credits. Bonus Credits can be combined with Plan Credits to cover the cost of any item, and can also be combined with Trial Credits to cover the cost of any Trial item.
